Case study 3   The clints brief to us.......Add a double garage, enlarge the entertainment area, add a main bedroom and give the outside a modern look

 The house as it was before we started

 First we add a garage in front of the existing one

 Then we add a main bedroom on the far side of the house

 Next we add a new entertainment area

 We then start with the exterior

 And complete the outside

 Add a coat of paint or two
